Got a X-pipe for 3.6 V6 2012 but it sounds horrible, too raspy around 2k~2,5k@RPM
This is my first post here. Hope some of you guys can help me.
I have a 300C 2012 3.6 V6 and i installed true dual exhaust with X-pipe with no cats, no mid mufflers, only 2 rear custom mufflers.
Sounds good at low and high RPM but around 2000 to 2500@RPM it is horrible, too raspy and metallic sound
I've googled it and found 2 solutions... the first is to get more two 12" ressonators in mid.... and second is to replace X-pipe for H-pipe....
What should i do? I've already spent a lot of money in this exhaust and it's not how i expected yet. I know it's a V6 not V8 but i'm certainly know that must have a way to get rid of the raspy and horrible sound that makes.
Replace the X-Pipe for H-Pipe will really solve my problem and will really sounds good at low, mid and high rpms?
