Default Information regarding a sebring 2.7 to 300c engine swap

Hi all, new member from Sweden here, who bought a Chrysler 300C (2.7 liter) -07 to his girlfriend, with damaged engine. (Broken Piston rod + jammed crankshaft)

So, I've been looking for a replacement engine, and been trying to find information if the Sebring 2.7 (-01 to -10) engine block can be used "as is" in the 300C, but I really can't find the answer for it.

So my question is:

- Can I use a Sebring 2.7 engine block in order to rebuild my (existing) broken Chrysler 300C 2.7 engine on?

(I understand that I need to move most of the components from my 300C engine to the Sebring engine)
