Default Locating ACC Sensor on 2010 300C

I just bought a 2010 300C that had a new front end put on it. The cruise doesn't work, saying ACC is not available.

This may be kind of a silly question but I want to check if the sensor in the front was even reinstalled but not sure where to look. Chrysler dealer parts guy told me it wired into the headlight harness but couldn't tell me where it was mounted. I was guessing it would mount in front of the radiator but don't see it or any disconnected harness plugs.

I know it will have to be aligned by the dealer but if it needs a sensor installed Id like to get it done before taking it to Chrysler. Part is discontinued and so will need to pull one and get it mounted if its not on there now.

Thanks

Look in the manual, shows the location. If it's not in the front grille area then you'll have to buy one for around $1500 to $1800. If it is there then you may be in for an expensive troubleshooting trip.

Default Yep

Silly question with an obvious answer.. Yes its in the front grill and yes its missing.

Thanks Vakmere.

You are right the aftermarket replacements are $1XXX.00 And I will be looking for one in a junkyard somewhere. Should be able to get one for half that...
