Default Newbie Questions

Hi All...newbie here. Just picked up my 06 300C, and first things first....gotta put some 20" or 22" rims on it. Any suggestions of whether to go with 20s or 22s? Any performance issues. Also, anyone put new springs on or drop one? And lastly, any good places for rims and tires in Southern Cali or a good website to buy from??? Thanks all!
