Default Not Goin fully into park

I have a 05 300c. I noticed that the shifter seemed a little off. Had to put shifter up towards park to get car to go in to reverse even though on the dash it was saying it was in reverse. With this problem the car doesn't fully engage into park. The car will roll backwards or forwards and you will hear the parking pin click. Also this means I have to put the car in neutral to get it to start as it will not while in the park position. Any ideas?

Default Neutral safety switch?

Could this be a neutral safety switch?
