My 2018 300S rain sensing wipers would not work. Dealer told me nothing was wrong with them. He said there was no fault code in the car’s computer. He proved his point by pouring a gallon of water directly on the sensor. They worked however, IT DOES NOT RAIN LIKE THAT. I told the service manager I had a 2006 300c and it worked perfectly. He replied that, in 2006, Chrysler was owned by Mercedes and now it’s owned by Fiat implying that Fiat uses lower quality parts. Another trip to a different dealer and SURPRISE, they found a problem. Missing gel in the sensor. Opened STAR CASE S1808000059. Second dealer made the repair.
