What were the original O2 sensor codes you got before replacing them?

What are the current diagnostic codes? As previously noted, circuit high (high resistance) indicates an open circuit, e.g. broken wire, or a bad ground. Since the system stays 'open loop' indicates the O2 sensor heater circuits are not getting power/not working and not allowing the sensor to heat up and go to 'closed loop'. All 4 O2 sensors showing high indicates a common/single point which may be the ground.

A failing fuel pump would not cause an O2 circuit high code.
