Default Replaced EGR valve.... now cyl 5 misfire

I own a 2005 300 3.6L and replaced my EGR valve, but now the engine code reads there is a misfire in cylinder 5 and there is something wrong with the secondary circuit of the coil pack on cylinder 5. I didnt have this problem before replacing the EGR valve. Can anyone help please?
