Default SafetyTec - Thoughts?

I am buying a 2012 300S and it is down to two cars. One has this option and the other does not and other than that they are the same.

For those that have it. Would you buy this option again?

Thanks for the help

I personally like all the bells and whistles. The adapative cruise control is well worth the money.
