did you upgrade the rods & pistons in the engine i heard the stock ones are a little weak

 

Yeah the stock ones are absolute junk! This engine is a 426 stroker with Wossner pistons, K1 crank and K1 H beam rods. 10.3 compression and should take just about anything you can throw at it. As of now the valvetrain is the weakest link. Theres no realistic/affordable options for an adjustable/stronger rocker arm setup. The springs and cam I have are pushing the envelope so we are in the works of building a better setup. Man I just wish there were actual CAR guys running the high performance division at Mopar. Bean counters have ruined it for real enthusiast.
