Less than 24 hours ago I purchased a used 300 from 2005.

As of this point, I have noticed the following:

Trunk button can be pushed, but the trunk itself does not open.

Engine light comes on from fuel injector. family advice was to get the engine cleaner that cleans injectors as well as other parts and is poured in the gas tank. I have done this. How long should it take before I am forced to look for a mechanic.

Air conditioner fan. I get a noticeable whirring sound, but nothing at all through the vents.

Some past owner did tinting on the windows poorly, or it is was done poorly for them. How much should I expect to pay roughly to remove it. The 'bubbles' on the back window annoy me greatly.

You are the proud owner of a 15 year old car. Stuff is going bad:

Trunk release actuator is defective. A new one can be had on Amazon and easily replaced.
You can peel the tint off yourself then clean the glass.
No A/C thru the vents means something is blocking the air flow or the blower motor is defective.
Engine light comes on, take it to the dealer and have it looked at.

 

You can fix these problems easily it is normal for a 15 year old
