Default Won't stay crunk

2006 Chrysler 300 try to start it cranks but act like it's not getting fuel but I have new fuel pumps. When it do cranks it runs good until I shut it off. The lighting bolt light comes on. I need help

Let me try a translation.
1. It's hard to start and acts like a fuel issue.
2. When it finally starts it runs well till shut down.
3. After shut down the "lightening bolt" logo appears, whatever that is ?

Is that about the size of it ?
After it starts can you drive it?
These 2 new fuel pumps - are they installed and if so why ?
