2008 aspen mygig touchscreen will not display. What is the problem?

I was searching around the internet looking for updates and upgrades for mine. There are some places that fix them and some that sell parts.
The 2 things I don't like about mine is: 1. it won't play from my USB flash drive, you have to download it onto the onboard hard drive. 2. no speed readout on the GPS.
