Default 2008 Aspen subwoofer?

Looking to replace the subwoofer in the back. Does anyone know the size, depth? Has anyone done this? Thanks. Crutchfield doesn't even mention a subwoofer for this vehicle that I saw.

Good question - I haven't been able to find a simple answer to that either. It's behind c-pillar trim and quarter trim panel, and appears to be a 7.5" diameter speaker. I can't help with mounting depth, etc. though.

There's an e-bay auction right now for one out of an 04 Durango, which should be very similar to ours - a 7.5" width is listed.

I'm guessing most 8" will fit if you have the depth. The trick will be to figure out the wiring. I know Ford runs 4 wires to theirs subs -- making one think they are DVC. I'm unsure how Chrysler does it -- as I don't have a factory sub.
