Airbag recall
#11
Dropped mine off at the dealer in the morning and they called me early afternoon to pick up. Not sure of time as there was no charge on the invoice. I notice the passenger air bag panel on the dash is no longer nice and flush so I know they did something.

My Aspen had the same problem with the airbag dash panel after airbag replacement. The dealer has this work not well done. There was gap gap ca 3mm the the passenger seat side.
I had it fixed nice by myself. The plastic noses under the panel dont where fixed well between panel and dash.
1. disconnect negative battery
2. remove glovebox (open, plastic holder push to the middle of the glove box, fold more down, remove)
3. take a long ratchet with a 10 or 11mm nut, there are to screws who hold the airbag, remove or loose the
4. push the airbag up and click in the plastic noses between dash and panel
5. go down again with the airbag in the correct position
6. fix the airbag with these to small screws
7. glovebox reinstall
8. connect battery
My cover was extreml wrong built in from the dealer
All the noses to the passenger seat was no correct fixed and his answer was "whe have to replace the whole dashboard" haha.
I had fixed it hi myself correctly. The dashboard now looks same like before and makes no noises or squeezys.
