I just got my Aspen 1 week ago today. I LOVE IT! Fun and comfortable to drive. My friend just bought an 074Runner - looks sharp but not near as comfy and classy as the Aspen.

Hey gang,

I just put a set of 24's on my new Aspen and thought I'd share the results.

I have had mine for a couple of weeks..the color is so rich..Vanilla..probably the nicest vehicle I have ever owned..so heavy, sturdy, nice lines..mileage is not its calling card however..but when you have a V8 you have to sacrifice something.Of note is the Aspen is very green! It emits only 7-11 lbs of pollutants per 15k miles as comparted to Trailblazer and Sequoia which emit 27-36 lbs..I am surprised that Chrysler has not jumped on that one..Question..though..where on the car is theequipment identification sticker?? It has the axle ratio on the sticker which I need to know so I can get my true towing capacity..I have looked everywhere?? Help anyone??

Thanks

Blang

Hi ,i am new to this forum just purchased 07 Aspen with all the options except rear camera . I had my vehicle for 15 days and 9/1/07 it broke down and had to be towed . I was traveling at 45 mph and vehicle shut off and failed to restart . So far friday will be day 4 at the dealership and they found more than 20 stored codes. At this point they are no closer to finding a answer to the problem. So they had contacted Chrysler Engineering to see if they have a solution to this problem. Will keep you informed.

SUDDEN STALL...was wondering what came of that.. we have 07 aspen just the 4.7 l v-8 but the same thing happened.. it shut off while wife was doing about 30mph by our home, no check engine light came on or anything.... she pulled over then it started right up.. seems to be idling low.. brought to our local dealer today, and they said they flashed the computer, and the cam sensor.. seems to be a lil better, but idle still seems shaky.. they told me this is normal? anybody experience anything similiar.. thanks.. we actually have 2 aspens and we love them.. just concerned about this stalling incident..
