Default CEL code P3449

So I've got the following code active on my 2007 Aspen, P3449 Cylinder 7 Deactivation/Intake Valve Control Circuit/Open, I just replaced all four engine management solenoids a week ago as I did not want to replace the one bad one and then have to do the others later. Im still getting this code even after I erase it with my scanner. Not sure what direction to go from here other than taking it to the dealership. If anyone has any insight it would be gladly appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

From what I've read in the past, if replacing the solenoid itself does not solve the problem, you've either got something wrong within the wire harness itself or the PCM. Both could take countless days to find without the proper equipment. Hate to say it, but I'd recommend getting it tested by the dealer or a shop with the proper testing equipment.
