Same here... did it on 2 of the last 3 fills. I have an '07 w/45,000 mi's.

Everyone who is experiencing this overflow problem while fueling their Chrysler products should report it to the NHSTA. Send your complaint to:

Reporting the problem

Thanks for the info to report this problem to the nhtsa. Maybe if it's enough of a problem they will look into it since Chrysler doesn't seem to be.

Sounds like I need a new tank. I filed a complaint with NHTSA and will be calling corporate .... thanks...
