I have done a search and it doesn't appear anyone has found a solution for this. Is there any way to have my iPod play through the car stereo speakers? I was looking at the factory Chrysler Uconnect iPod adapter but from what I've read online it's not compatible with the REC radio unit. Part# : 82210181AB

I am also looking at getting the REC Lockpick so I can integrate a rear view camera but the company says my iPod may not function through that harness either. Anybody have a solution for a newbie?

I have found a way to play my iPhone through the stereo. I had to get an audio cable (red and white RCA) to the headphone plug and plug that into the rear DVD inputs. When switching it to the VES option on the radio something has to be playing on the phone or it won't switch to the VES option on the radio. This is the fix I am using at the moment until I get the myGig.

How do I reset my navagation system for the screen to work on my Chrysler aspen limited edition 2007? . The screen is black and we can't change anything on it . I don't know if I have the right place to ask this question . Sorry if I don't .

 

We had the same issue. It works but its black? It's like $400 for United Radio to fix it or $600-800 at the dealer
