Hello, this is my first post.
I have a 2007 Chrysler Aspen 4.7 AWD

the batterie died in the vehicle and I let it sit for about a year.
I installed a new batterie a year later and now it has a no crank no start.
I had a locksmith reprogram the key and it still won’t start.
it has power, and the Ac system works as well as the stereo but it won’t crank.
The red dot does flash in the upper right corner there was a code of P0513 but after the key reprogram the code went away…

Any thoughts at all???

I have tightened the batterie clamps and cleaned them off several times, I’ve checked all the fuses and relays they all appear to be good.
I can hear the fuel pump turn on but nothing else mechanical seems to turn on at all, what could it be?
