Default Problems with A/C

I have a 2007 chrysler aspen and I noticed that recently while driving the a/c will sometimes stop cooling. It feels like ambient air is coming throught the vents. It will last for about 1 minute or 2 and then cold air comes through. It has done is while driving and while at a stop light or while the car is just parked. I have cleaned the condenser, replaced drier and orifice tube, and infared ambient sensor and problem still present. Hope someone can shine some light on this issue or have any suggestions. Thanks in advance

I haven't been able to hook gauges up because whenever it does it i'm on the road and the only set I have are at work. It doesn't do all the time so it makes it harder to diagnose.

Got enough gas (freon)? You gotta check the pressures like ChryslerTech said.

I took it to a well known shop in my area to replace drier and expansion valve so they put the right amount of freon back in it.
