driving along the other and while i was exiting a u-turn something broke. sounded like something in the rear end or the tranny. had it towed. the guy called me and said hes gonna take a look at it but they might give me a hard time because the right rear tire is nearly bald. he said they will say its cas of "abuse". any thoughts?

 

update: they said a spider gear and something else broke and it will cost $1300 to fix

 

sounds like bull**** to me.

 

Was it in 4WD "Lock"? instead of 4WD, or AWD?
