Svc 4wd light
I tried to use the search function to find my answer but I wasn't successful. So forgive me if this has been asked.
I just bought a 2008 Aspen. 117k miles.
I took it back to the dealer to have the A post repaired because someone rigged it into place and just was t safe.
I'm not too worried about that but on the way there about 8 miles from my house the svc 4wd light came on and went off twice. It's at the shop and I'm waiting for the to put it on the computer to see what it is. Any body see. This before.
Could it be something g simple or should I be thinking about exercising my money back guarantee?
I don't notice any change in performance while driving either. Just the lights.
Thanks

The only way to know what's going on when a warning light comes on is to hook the car up to a capable code reader and see what the computer says. Nobody here can do that for you and there's no point in guessing from afar when the correct information is waiting to be read. It might be something simple or it might be something serious. Only way to know is ask the computer.
I thought that would be the case. I'm still waiting on the dealer to call me with what codes it was throwing.
Getting pretty close to bringing thier loaner back and driving my old truck home with a refund. Hope they don't give me to big of a hassle.

Waiting on them to see if they are going to cover the repair or not.
Anyone know if this is indicitive of a bigger problem to come.
