Default Swapping REN to RER 730

Hi!

I am a new owner of a 2008 Aspen. I have been trying to find out what my choices are regarding my radio. I have a REN 430 but would like to have a GPS enabled unit. Naturally, there is a lot of conflicting information so I am hoping to get a clear(er) answer here.

Is this a job for the stealership or can I purchase a compatible unit, an Aspen unit, and plug-n-play. I do not have steering wheel controls. I am also not very handy around the car unless its truly a plug-n-play.

TIA!

JF
