Exclamation MyGig REN Issue, Please Help

Recently our MyGig REN head unit has been acting up. The touchscreen display goes wacky and cannot see what screen its on. Buttons can still be pressed we just can't make sense of the screen.

Upon startup, sometimes, its fine for a minute then gets bad. I have check the voltage to the unit and it comes back at 14.6 volts, is that normal?

I would just replace the whole unit but they aren't cheap. If i can just replace the screen that would be awesome but cant seam to find a part number/vendor or if the screen is even the problem. All other functions work besides the screen.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

I'm having the same issue. I'm going to pull the whole unit out and open it up. I will post if it fixes anything.

MyGig REN head unit

I don't know the unit, but I too see 14.6 volts as too high. I wouldn't expect anything higher than a 14.2 volt output before the voltage regulator kicks in and moderates it back to 14.4v.
