Default Juke Box on 08 Aspen REN model radio

I finally loaded a CD into the Juke Box the other day, but now when I call up the Juke Box I am unable to access the CD I loaded.

When I open the media and select the Juke Box I get a note saying page 3 and an icon which appears to indicate a loaded program, but when I select it on the fight hand side of the panel it simply moves the icon to the left side of the screen.

What an I doing wrong???

I also notice that some times when I go to turn the radio on by pushing the volume **** it will not come on!

We love the Aspen but I hope it is not going to be one problem after another!

Thanks in advance for any input on these problems.

I've never had much luck copying from CDs. I tried it once. It worked, but none of the song/artist info was retained. I always convert to MP3 via PC, and upload from a thumb drive. This has worked flawlessly for me. If it copied, there should be a new playlist under My Music.

You probably need to update Gracenotes, which is the software that identifies your music.
