TPMS Idiot Light

I have the '07 Aspen, basically a stripper. The TPMS dashboard idiot light has been on since I bought it a couple of months ago. Yes, the tires are at the correct inflation psi. Any help on what the problem could be?

I am led to believe the tpms tire valvestems have a battery. How do I go about changing them if one is bad?
