A few years ago, we had a front end accident. No air bag deployment, just minor damage. Had the car repaired. Noticed when it gets cold, say low fortyies the oil idiot light stays on after the self check has completed. We turn the car off and restart it and the light goes off after the self check has completed. I have no idea how to check this or where to begin. Any ideas?
