06 Pacifica won't come out of PARK

06 Pacifica won't come out of PARK
wife's car. 2006 Pacifica 3.5. With car running and foot on the brake the car won't come out of the Park position and move to drive. When I press on the brake I hear the familiar click in the shifter console.... could it be anything else easy or is this "ANOTHER" tow to the dealer for this POS car.
