Brand new to the forum. Hope I can help at some point, but now I need help.


I own a 2007 pacifica. It does have the factory installed remote start. My wife dropped her keys and the battery fell out of her FOB. Once installed, she tried to start the car with the FOB but all we get are 2 flashes of the headlights and NOTHING. Now I did follow instructions on trying to reprogram the FOB but pushing the button under the dash next to the ODBII to have the pacifica teach the FOB to recognize the pacifica.


Still nothing. So I am thinking it might not be the FOB because I get the lights flashing on the pacifica when trying to start. I did read somewhere that it might be the hood latch sensor. But for the life of me I cant find out where that could be located.


So my question is. Where is the hood latch sensor in my 07 pacifica?
