2004 Pacifica liftgage lock stuck

2004 Pacifica liftgage lock stuck
The liftgate lock is stuck in the closed position along with the handle to open the trunk. The handle is stuck and will not release to the normal position. Therefore, I can not close the liftgate. What can I do or what part(s) do I need to order to fix the problem. Thanks in advance. John
