Default 2005 Pacifica Flashing Red Oval Light

Just recently I have had a red oval light that's started to flash after the doors have been locked. It is not the round oval light that's the security light that normally flashes. I have used an OTC Scanner which shows no error codes except a blown 2A fuse for the rear license plate light that is working. I have also disconnected the battery cables and grounded together to discharge system. After reconnecting the same condition occurs. At this point there are no drivability issues and the light stops flashing when the car is started. The vehicle is my mothers with only 57000 miles on it. Any help would be appreciated.

I always thought the security light was the small round light. I guess I was wrong.
