Default 2006 Pacifica issues - OBD throws for TCM, Output speed sensor and camshaft position

Symptoms:
No power output once shifted into third gear (up to approx. 40 mph). Will not go any faster than 40 mph.

Speedometer bounces from 5-25 while in drive but not in motion.

OBD Codes I got:
I wrote these down but lost the paper. Transmission Control Module, Camshaft position sensor and Output speed sensor. The Crankshaft position sensor was recently replaced. I believe that the owner may have replaced the Camshaft sensor yesterday but I have to ask.

Either way, to no avail.

Trans fluid looks a little eh but not bad enough for me to definitely believe the issue is purely the transmission but I'm not doubting it. No issues starting.

My next step is to get the charging system checked. I read a post on here from a user with similar issues and found that to have been the issue.

Any suggestions whatsoever would be very much appreciated.

Question Upgrades

I have a 2006 Pacifica touring 3.5 V6. I want to upgrade by adding the navigation clutter for the dash and the xenon lights with HIDlights. Can those just be installed if from the same year or m I wasting time and money by looking for them
