Default 2017 Pacifica - constant issues

I have a 2017 Pacifica Touring L Plus that I purchased used in July of 2022. It has had nothing but issues, and I am at a loss of what to do. I'm wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience.

In November 2022, I had a misfire in cylinder 4. Dodge dealer "fixed" it. In December 2022, I had another misfire in cylinder 4. Dodge dealer "fixed" it again. I was having random electrical issues (GPS not showing correct location, sliding door not operating consistently, rear climate control not blowing, heated seats/steering not working) that I was dealing with the entire time. In the summer of 2023, I started getting "service shifter" messages and occasionally some loud engine noises (again - another misfire starting?). At the end of June 2023, the engine light came on and there were a couple of transmission/shifter codes. At that time, I parked it in my driveway where it sat until last week.

I had it towed to a local shop (great reviews, licensed mechanics) as opposed to the dealer because I felt the dealer didn't do their due diligence back in November since the issues weren't fixed and it had to be serviced twice at my expense for the same issue. To my surprise, the codes that appeared over the summer were no longer coming up. They did, however, find an oil leak and a few other things that needed repair, adding up to around $3K out of pocket (after the powertrain warranty paid a very small portion). I left the shop on Monday afternoon (this week) and after driving about 5 miles, the engine light began flashing intermittently. I took it back to the mechanic on Tuesday morning and while they could see the codes (one random misfire and one related to the ABS system), their diagnostic equipment could not determine the issue, and this shop will not just start replacing parts and racking up a bill without being positive of the problem. They kept it overnight, and yesterday morning (cold start), their test drive showed repeated misfires in cylinders 3 & 5. When they got back to the garage with it, coolant was also "pouring out". Now, I'm being told I am facing radiator replacement and head assembly replacement due to "known issues" with the 3.6 liter Chrysler batteries. The mechanic said that he couldn't be "certain" about the head assembly replacement until the radiator is fixed because the engine cannot be properly tested with a cracked radiator (I know nothing about cars engine components so I have to take his word on it).

Where I'm at now is that I've already spent about $8K in repairs on this vehicle in the 18 months I've owned it (only 12 months with it in driving condition). Possibly now facing another $8-9K in repairs. This doesn't seem like normal vehicle behavior to me (and I've owned several vehicles in my life). $17K in repairs on a vehicle in 18 months that's only got KBB value of $10K (that I'm upside down in on my note due to lack of used minivan inventory in the summer of 2022) does not seem worth it to me. I checked the carfax on this before purchase (showed no issues and plenty of detailed maintenance records) and I've performed all maintenance on it since I've had it. Anyone have any ideas/suggestions?
