2017 Pacifica - will it get better?
My wife and I got what we thought was a good deal on a used 2017 Pacifica 2 years ago. Now it has 32,000 miles on it, and I've had to replace the fuel rail due to a faulty sensor, it's in the shop for an airbag system warning light (has never been in an accident), and both batteries need to be replaced. They can't diagnose the airbag problem until we spend $500 on new batteries, though he thinks it's a wiring or control module issue. All these issues in such a short amount of time makes me strongly question its reliability and longevity. I'm very frustrated right now and wondering if we should just dump this car while it has some modicum of value left.
Cut your losses now. Chrysler doesnt have a great reputation of quality customer service after the sale of their vehicles. Im truly exhausted with Chrysler technicians guessing and pulling at straws when it comes to fixing and diagnosing its issues. I love my 2008 Pacifica because there is nothing like it in the market today. However, this will be my last Chrysler once she has been "put out to pasture."
