Default 2021 Pacific Hybrid rear ac not blowing cold

All controls respond normally (fan speed and vent controls) but the temperature through the rear overhead vents is lukewarm even at the lowest temperature setting. When switched to the floor vents in the rear I get cold air in the middle seats but the very back row floor vent is lukewarm.

I've not taken it to the dealer yet, I thought I'd ask on the forum to see if there's something I could do myself.

Thank you!

Just thought I'd follow up in case anyone else has this same issue. The dealer replaced the rear evaporator. It took a few weeks to get the part in stock and then a couple days to do the repair but it's fixed now.

If you see this I’m just wondering if you remember what the cost was. We’re having the same problem 6 weeks before we’re heading to Florida on vacation 😭
