Default 3.8 cam crank correlation

06 Pacifica 3.8. Starts and runs on all 6 but is running like timing is retarded. Cam crank correlation is -26°. according to my DRBIII. Replaced cam sensor with oem one and performed relearn procedure with the same result. Used a pico scope on both cam and crank signals and had a good pattern. Customer states it has been this way since having the cradle replaced. Yes I checked the grounds. Anyway, without checking the actual timing marks does anyone have a clue? Thanks so much!
