I have an 07 pacifica, just replaced the blower motor behind the glove box without issue. However, i can't get air to blow out the vents now. What am I missing?

The wiring from the motor to the little plug was backwards. Just had to swap the wires. Works like a charm now.

Folks thanks. I seem to find it extremely hard to get the screw behind the HVAC housing out. I can barely get 1 finger to the rear..
what Am i doing wrong?
From the instructions, i can slightly lift the side cowl and get the carpet back.
after removing air circulator.
i can get the 2 screws on the HVAC duct in front out. 1 screw at the back left out too, but cannot get the one at the back right.

The one going from top to bottom in the front right. thats easy too.
what the trick/method to get the rear right screw on the HAVC housing?
