Blower On When Heat/AC is Off
2004 Pacifica
A few weeks ago, the blower motor for the climate control decided it likes to stay on high when you turn the climate control off.
Heat seems to work fine and low to high settings.
AC works fin on low to high settings.
Push the POWER button to turn it off and the blower kicks in to high gear.
Any ideas on where to begin trying to fix this?

If you have Automatic Temperature Control (ATC) you need a Blower Control Module (~$73).
If you have Manual Temperature Control (MTC) you need a Blower Motor Resistor (~$53)
In either case replacement is simple:
Disconnect Negative battery terminal
Empty the contents of the glove box
Flex the sides of the Glove Box in, and drop the Glove Box down toward the floor.
The Module or Resistor is right in front of you, secured to the blower housing with two hex head screws.
Disconnect the electrical connector(s) going to the resistor/module.
Remove the two screws and pull the module out of the blower housing.
Simply reverse the process for installation.
