Default Customer Service?

I think we need a general place just to vent. I hate to take up space and waste anybody's time.

We've only had 3 Chryslers (+ 3 Jeeps, 1 Ram, 3 Dodges.) Right now we have 4 Stellantis products in our driveway (purchased new, btw.) That means, as opposed to used, the company has made money off of us.

I have NEVER been as fed up as I am now.
I've had assorted issues. I'm used to some dealers being somehow, shall we say, a little less than on the up and up, but managed to work around it.

Never had an issue with the company itself being so useless. Customer Service is no help and no one gives the same answer twice.

I am fortunate to know people from whom I can get discount codes from for Stellantis/FCA/Chrysler/Jeep and GM and Ford. I suppose the other companies have their problems too but I'm finally willing to give them a try.

Welcome to the forum. Feel free to vent to your heart's content but don't expect to accomplish much here that way.. This forum is not run by or owned by Chrysler or Stellantis. The users here are pretty much all Chrysler customers or otherwise Chrysler enthusiasts. There are a couple of people here under the name of "Chrysler Cares" who appear to be operating out of some social networking desk at Chrysler who could be very useful but aren't since they almost always go to private messaging when they provide answers or just offer to set up appointments to see a dealer. If you have a specific complaint about your vehicle, feel free to post it up in the specific vehicle section of the forum. There might be another owner who has encountered and solved that specific problem who can guide you to a solution.

Stellantis? Wow, I had to google that, (now know that Stellantis N.V. is a multinational automotive manufacturing corporation formed in 2021 on the basis of a 50-50 cross-border merger between the Italian-American conglomerate Fiat Chrysler Automobiles and the French PSA Group. The company is headquartered in Amsterdam, Netherlands.) Thanks wikipedia.

Tons of fond memories w/ Chrysler/Dodge/Plymouth products. Sure they had their share of issues and bankruptcies. Not to mention that nasty run-in w/ the Germans.

Would appear that this Stellantis situation could be terminal....
