My 2018 Pacifica doesn't always shift into 8th gear at 70 mph on a flat road. After 3 to 5 minutes, it will then shift, dropping the rpm down from 2000 to 1600.
Backing off the accelerator does nothing. When it's ready, it shifts. Is this normal?
