Default the dreaded seat problem

Hi Here is my deal. I have a 05 PAC and my front heated seats do NOT work. My PAC is fully loaded with every option and right now the only two things that do not work are the Navi system (needs a new drive) and the heated seats (and the memory mirrors dont move but I can use the switch to move them). My seats have power, they recline, they do what they were designed to do. Power pedals works etc...just no heat at the seats. The little light comes on the buttons, but no heat.

Does anyone have any idea what I can look at to see what the problem is? I have been searching high and low for an answer.

Thanks.

both seats. I've been doing some more research and it might be a ground strap on the drivers seat that is causing this issue. I will have to get at the seat and check it out.

Yes, both seats move. I tested the "memory function" this morning and the only thing that didnt work was the side view mirrors.

Please forgive my ignorance, but where do I unplug each element to see if there is resistance? Is that the connector under the seat or do I have to take the leather off the seat?
