Default Electric seat acting weird HELP :)

Hey. I have a problem with the driver's electric seat. the control does not work at all or works strangely.
I mean whether I try to raise or lower the backrest - the backrest lowers down. The same applies to sliding or pushing. Where to look for the reason?
Passenger seat is working ok.

What year is it? And with any power seat, the first thing to give trouble is the seat control switches themselves. With careful work they can be removed, opened up and cleaned and adjusted to work again. Or if you are the "plug and play" type You could try looking for a replacement on a parts site like moparoverstock.com

it's 2007 3.8
I do not think it's switches. The problem also occurs with the seat heating control. sometimes works and sometimes not. A moment ago, the control did not work at all. It now works, but only one way.

Have you checked the electrical connections to the switches? May have been pulled loose and not fully plugged in?
