Heated Driver Seat doesnt turn off!!

Heated Driver Seat doesnt turn off!!
When i put the key in the ignition and start the car the upper driver seat heat turn on .. the switch for the heated seat is at off.. any ideas? i tried to pull the negative off the battery and put it back .. still does it
