I have a 2018 Pacifica Hybrid and had an issue with the car not starting and all lights on transmission know are one, so it is in Park. I called dealer and indicated problem and wanted to get it towed but cant because it is stuck in Park. The dealer indicated that there is a manual release tab under the steering wheel once you remove the small plastic cover. I removed cover and could not find the tab. Once at the dealer , the service guy remove some trim and he too could not find it. Has others had the same issue and how was it resolved?
