More check engine light - 2004 Pacifica

First of all ... thank you so much for being there, and helping all of us out!
I figured it out and here's what I got and what the website you suggested shows:
P0499 CHRYSLER
NVLD Vent Valve Solenoid Circuit High
Possible causes:
- Faulty NVLD Vent Solenoid
- NVLD Vent Solenoid harness is open or shorted
- NVLD Vent Solenoid circuit poor electrical connection
Can I fix this myself? Any thoughts?
