Default New Brake Pad Question

My wife has a 2018 Pacifica Touring L Plus....

It's been great so far, and finally needs new brake pads (rotors seem fine so far). My question is, what type of pads are most compatible with OEM rotors?
The mopar OEM part # is 68317914AC, but I can't find info as to whether these are organic, ceramic, semi metallic? I am not planning to swap rotors, yet, so want to find the best match.

Thanks!
