Default Outer tie rod ends bad at less than 19K miles?

I went in for an oil and lube job at my Dodge/Chrysler dealer and they tell me that my 04 Pacifica with less than 19,000 miles (it's not driven often) needs new outer tie rod ends. (some play in the linkage). They also recommend changing all the driveline fluids and a transmission flush. I'm afraid it's my wallet that's being flushed... Is this reasonable...
