Pacifica rear wiper blade lifting

my rear wiper blade keeps lifting on my 2004 pacifica. so it only wipes half or so of the rear window. any ideas on how to fix it? thanks

I had to replace the rear wiper on
my 2004 Pacifica and found out the replacement blade was too long and was hitting at the top. I replaced it with the correct length and it works fine.
