Default Rear window

My rear window fall down with a large cash. The window buttons work, it seams the window has fallen off track. Do you have a guide to how to remove the door panel to reset the window. Or is there something also going on, I read on another fourm that it may be the window regulator. And if so how much is that going to cost or is there factory recall on them.

good luck with that window. Window repair is the worst. I've had similar problems with other non-chrysler vehicles and it was a pain. IMHO, I would take it to the dealer or mechanic... it might be worth your time and money. But thats just me.

Chrysler window regulators are pure junk you will pay big time to have it fixed I have found that Chrysler does not stand behind their products. I've never heard of a foreign car with these problems.

I would take it to the steelership. They charge more for labour, but they work on them day in and day out, and should be much more efficent with diagnosis time, than a independent repair shop. Efficency= less $$.... also, they have a better chance of having the faultypart than an independant shop.

Hope this helps.

Foreign cars do have the same types of problems... I see them daily, all makes, all models. Usually problems exist due to lack of preventive maintenance, or somebody trying to fix something they knownothing about, simple as that. There are also manufactuering flaws that effect all vehicles, but when one model has the problem, you can almost bet on it that most will have the problem, just a matter of time.
